Getting Updates

The Myallo application is updated from time to time. Updates may be available on the Internet. Minor updates are free. For example, if you have version 1.0, updates to version 1.1, 1.2 etc. are free. When version 2.0 is released, there may be an update charge.

To see what version you have, start Myallo and select the "About Myallo" command in the Myallo menu.

To see if a newer version of Myallo is available, start Myallo and select the "Check for Update" command in the Help menu. Myallo will check on the Internet, and a message will appear with the results. If a newer version is available, it will offer to open your Internet browser to the Myallo web site.

 

Reporting Problems

Support is offered is on the Leptonic Systems' Myallo Web site, or by electronic mail. Send EMail to support@leptonicsystems.com. If you have a question or problem concerning a purchase, please contact the place you purchased from.

The Myallo Web Site includes an Issue Tracker section. This is the best place to send suggestions or bug reports. Each item is remembered in a database, given a number, and you can track its status to see when it has been acknowledged, confirmed, fixed, or otherwise dealt with. You can optionally give yourself a user name, password, and EMail address in order to receive EMail when the status of your issue is updated.

The Issue Tracker can also show you a history of changes made to Myallo, and what changes are being readied for future updates to the software.
